Is it better to be lean and strong yet better at running or lean and strong yet better at weightlifting?
I plan on competing in multiple Ironman Triathlons and becoming a Navy SEAL right out of high school. Please treat this question seriously as it will affect how my future may be.

It really depends on your much muscle and weight you have
lets say your 6ft feet right and weigh 170-190 you can really be fast
if you are weight lifter you can be 6 feet and weigh like 200-230
it really depends on you but being a runner may be better if you are average on weight
